Route 66 Apron Panel Cream Red Blue

This apron panel has all the instructions printed on the panel. Try lining the apron with the a coordinating fabric for a sturdier and reversible apron. You will need 1 yard of fabric. Use also for the lining inside of the oven mitts. Simply press both pieces of fabric and lay the two fabrics right sides together and cut out the apron following the lines. Cut out the straps and sew them up according to directions. Place the straps and neck ties on the inside of your layers at the points printed for placements. Sew all the way around the apron starting at the bottom and leaving a 6 inch opening for turning. Clip corners and notch inside curves so it will lay flat careful not to cut into stitching. Turn right side out and sew a 1/8 inch all around the outside for stay stitching and to close the seam that was left open for turning. Press and your done! Ta Da! You have just made yourself an apron. Now make one for your friend!
