We kitted this Night Owl Canvas Apron Panel with a cream muslin for the backing and the lining for the oven mitts. Also included enough Insul-bright to make the oven mitts. Insul-bright is a wonderful product to use in pot holders, oven mitts, place mats, table runners, anything that needs protection from heat. Quilt the oven mitts right onto the insulation-bright then sew together. Make lining and sew together leaving an opening in the one side of the lining for turning. Turn right side out and sew opening shut and top stitch around the top of oven mitts. Don't forget to put the tab inside the seam of the oven mitt! Or you could just cut out 2 rectangles from the oven mitts and make several simple pot holder. Use 2 layers of insul-bright for the center.
