A Peppermint Parlor Apron panel and 30" of Peppermint Parlor Sweet Toss on Black for the apron backing and pocket lining. When making an apron with backing, simply lay apron top onto the backing and cut them both out together. Cut out the pockets and the lining at the same time. Sew up all the ties and place them inside the apron with the edges to the outer edge at the designated spots. Now sew 1/4" seam all around the apron and leave a 6 inch opening at the bottom for turning. Clip the corners and snip the inside curves. Turn right side out and press. Sew 1/8” top stitch all the way around the apron and this will close the seam at the bottom too. Do the pockets the same way and then sew them in place. You can sew the pockets on before sewing up apron, that way it will be reversible.
