Kit has the pattern and fabrics included to make this 40" diameter tree skirt by Quilt Fox Design and featuring Hoffman Fabrics. The binding is finished with a hand sew or machine stitch method of turning the backing and front together and stitch closed. All templates for cutting the dresden panels included.
