Terms And Conditions
Shipping fees:
- Orders within the continental USA:
- Orders under $100 will have a flat rate of $5.00 shipping fee
- Free shipping for orders over $100.
- International shipments: Sorry but at this time we will not be shipping items internationally.
- Canada, Alaska & Hawaii: The shipping is a flat rate of $45.00 added.
Shipping will be added on after your order is totaled.
For our Canadian friends, Customs, Duties & Taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer. Delays from this procedure are beyond our control.
Returns:
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, You may return it for store credit within 30 days of your purchase date, providing it is still in original package, unopened and in like new condition. All return shipping will be at the expense of the buyer and must have the receipt, with your name, address, phone number and email address included. Cut fabric can not be returned.
Items that are on sale will not be returnable.
Damaged Goods:
If for some reason your goods become damaged en route we will replace them. Call or email us and we will have you send it back with the return postage paid by us. If we still have the item in stock we will try and send you another package.(Again paid by us) If item is out of stock you can decide whether you want a similar item or store credit. All returns must have the original receipt, email address, shipping address and your phone number!
